Conducted by America's elite air force pilots in the Nevada desert, Red Flag is the world's most challenging aerial combat exercise, offering pilots and their ground crew a chance to experience realistic combat. In 2009, a group of Emirati pilots were invited to Red Flag for the first time - fewer than 30 countries have participated to date.
