Pluses:
The bed was super fluffy, I didn't want to get up! The staff at Olea were amazing and attentive, they all knew my baby's name. I love the kids club especially the splashpad. Room decor was lovely.
The staff were extremely friendly, kind understanding and simply great. Oksana, who helped us check in and Alex who was at the pool bar, were both friendly, diligent, clear in their communications and very helpful and resourceful. Highly recommend
Minuses:
The layout of the hotel facilities e.g. It was a long walk from the family pool to the kids club and you have to go through Sontaya restaurant.
Restaurant selection was good just not great for a family with young children, and their buffet had decent but limited choices with the staff being quite busy so there were delays.
