Visitors to the Etihad Airways and Alitalia Pavilion were taught how to make Qashtaleeya, an Arabic dessert.

INGREDIENTS :

4 cups of milk
5 - 6 tablespoons sugar
3 - 4 beads Mcetkh ground with half a teaspoon of sugar
5 tablespoons of corn flour
